Re: Overstock.com is a problem

I am afraid I don't understand why a slight delay in shipping would require you to have to cancel, and now return something that you obviously wanted and paid for in the first place.

Re: Overstock.com is a problem

Hello,

I'm in total agreement w/Verwon on your 'expidited shipping' and if you really want the item, you'd wait the six days.
To the person who got the wrong-sized jacket; the company does not bag their items - they come in already bagged. And since it's OVERSTOCK, once an item is gone, it's gone. You may have been one of many in line if all the smalls were bagged as mediums.
To the person who unsubbed from a mailing list 7 times; I too, have unsubbed from lists and depending on the size of the company, it sometimes takes over 2 weeks for them to actually stop the e-mails- use your delete button.
To the person who only posted "one" post on this entire forum, and in doing so, bumped up this thread only to complain; there are better things you can be doing with your time.
On that note, I'm closing this thread.

Kat
