| I placed an order with Collectibles.com using the $20 off code. I ordered the roll of state quarters for 24.95. It sounded like a good deal. Ended up getting $10 in quarters for only $5. Well, guess what. I checked the status of my order today and it had been cancelled. The company was probably swamped with quarter orders and realizing they were losing money cancelled these orders. So check on the status of your order and let me know if your orders have been cancelled. I did not even receive an email notification that my order had been cancelled. Bad company policy if you ask me. Let me know.

| After thinking about this for a while I decided to email them and ask for an explaination. The promptly replied that the coupon code had been meant for an individual and not to be used by anyone else. However, they said they would mail me my own code to use. That doesn't makes a lot of sense and unnecessary paper work on their part. They could have just processed my order using that code. I probably won't receive a $20 off $20 coupon. They ask me to email them my mailing address. Funny, I included that in my original message to them. Goes to show they weren't really paying much attention to my email.

| The thing that gets me is that they do not even notify any one of the cancellations.. At least they could send a generic apology to all.
