I placed an order with Collectibles.com using the $20 off code. I ordered the roll of state quarters for 24.95. It sounded like a good deal. Ended up getting $10 in quarters for only $5. Well, guess what. I checked the status of my order today and it had been cancelled. The company was probably swamped with quarter orders and realizing they were losing money cancelled these orders. So check on the status of your order and let me know if your orders have been cancelled. I did not even receive an email notification that my order had been cancelled. Bad company policy if you ask me. Let me know.

My order also got cancelled - Had many problems in the first place even placing it - There customer service was horrible... Then I went back in to check and my order was cancelled - no notification at all - Very dissappointed.

At least your account showed your order had been cancelled. My account didn't even show that I'd placed an order.

After thinking about this for a while I decided to email them and ask for an explaination. The promptly replied that the coupon code had been meant for an individual and not to be used by anyone else. However, they said they would mail me my own code to use. That doesn't makes a lot of sense and unnecessary paper work on their part. They could have just processed my order using that code. I probably won't receive a $20 off $20 coupon. They ask me to email them my mailing address. Funny, I included that in my original message to them. Goes to show they weren't really paying much attention to my email.

I am pretty angry about this. When I did it, there was a popup window that gave me my coupon. So it wasn't meant for "someone else". AND I didn't just try to find something for $20 to get something free. I actually ordered a pedometer that I have been wanting for ages and cost 30.00. I have talked to CS and they are supposed to be getting back to me. The supervisors were "in a meeting". I am glad that there was a post yesterday that told me to look and check my order. Otherwise I would not have known.

Yup, mine just cancelled too. I emailed CS replying to the original confirmation email I received. We'll see if they answer......

The thing that gets me is that they do not even notify any one of the cancellations.. At least they could send a generic apology to all.

Just thought you might all be interested in knowing that Collectiables.com a division of Shop At Home Network sent me a coupon code for $10 off $50 and $20 off $100 as an apology.
