do not shop through First auction to get Points!!

Please do not shop at First auction! I bidded and won there and have received nothing yet..my order is still being processed! Personally, I believe that they don't even have half the merchandise they repute to be auctioning. I could be wrong..however, i registered a complaint with planetfeedback and found out that many people have had the same problems I have had..I will start going there more often to see what stores have lousy customer service. I called at least 4 times..same reply mixup in the order going to warehouse..translation: we don' t have the item! I also emailed greenpoints, who politely credited me for the item. I just want them to know what is going on. I have also notice they seem to overbilled for shipping. Shipping on clearance items should only be 199. they charge twice as much to one person..I have yet to check my cc because there is no telling what i am being charged for! Oh well off to call them again!

Same and worse experience here. I can back up this complaint. They are in my "do not do business with" file. They never even returned phone calls. I have also complained to Greenpoints - they don't care. I eventually had to dispute the charge on my credit card and file a complaint with the Attorney General. I investigated and got a number where a human answered and blasted them. If you need the info, I can dig and see if I kept it.

I have received all the items I ordered from them but they do overcharge on the clearance S/H.When I received my credit card bill,I just called customer service and my next statement showed two $2.00 credits.Yes,it's a hassle but all of the items I bought were very nice.I hardly shop there anymore,however,because there are plenty of online stores that don't charge more than they say they will!

I ordered 4 items before Christmas and was charged for all of them but never received ANY of them at all. I have called and called and called and spoken to so many customer reps but NOTHING has happened!!! I DID get one email that I had to print out and fax to them for a refund credited to my credit card. THAT was on January 15th..STILL not credited to my credit card. YOU ARE RIGHT, they overcharge $2.00 S/H for clearance items. SO NOT ONLY WAS I CHARGED FOR MERCHANDISE I NEVER GOT(one of which was an auction I did not even win)but they overcharged me $8.00 more for S/H. I am still fighting with my credit card company over all these charges!!

The funny thing is that I did do LOTS of business with them before this December fiasco and I had some minor problems, but nothing like this!!!

I AM SO SICK OF THIS COMPANY I COULD SPIT!!

I placed a bid with them for the points, and luckily, I had no problems. I won the bid and had my stuff very soon after that. Based on what I'm hearing I will be leery of using them again. But I may place some very small order if I found something I really, really wanted.

As I mentioned in the other thread about First Auction, I've used them three times in almost two years and haven't had any problems. However, majority rules and if the majority of people are having problems I'd have to agree that it's risky.
