For any of you out there that are hard core beauty item purchasers, beware of a website called glow.com. I recently discovered it, and made a purchase of the Beauty Fix box. The website makes a big deal out of the fact that they give free samples with every purchase, every purchase! There was nothing in the box when I received it and I emailed customer service about it. This is the response I got...

Please be advised, as a Beauty fix member, your entire shipment is an abundant collection of deluxe samples and full sized products.

I was not happy with the response. Yes the Beauty Fix box has alot of product in it, but I paid $50 for it! It was not free and I did not get anything free from it. The more I read the response, the more angry I got. If I could find a snail mail address for them, they would definitely get a piece of my mind. Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be one available. So beware of glow.com, I guess the old saying about nothing being free certainly applies for this company!

I too have been deceived by the Free Glow Ad. They charged my credit card $96.35 for a small bottle (1.7 Fl.Oz) of IQ Derma Essentials and a small tube (0.5 oz) of RestorEyes. After I finally got through to a Customer Service Rep. they told me it was because I had not returned the products or cancelled my membership within 30 days. They have refused to credit my account. I have made a complaint to the BBB at [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or Register Now]. I have seen other complaints regarding Glow.com. They are not to be trusted and I believe they are running a scam. CLJ
