| Blockbuster ONLINE
I can't stand Blockbuster online. I am suppose to get 3 movies at a time and I constantly have to "contact" them to find out why they haven't sent my movies. They always tell me that I don't have enough movies in my queue even though I have 38 movies there now. I have asked to speak to a supervisor via email and it never happens. I hear they are in big trouble financially and I really see why now. CS is AWFUL and excuses and emails are canned. I will be going back to Netflix next month.
