 Omaha Steaks A+++++ Customer Service
It seems the mayor of Seattle didn't allow WDOT to use salt during the last storm, the city shut down w/no one safe on the highways. My Christmas dinner gift was scheduled for del 12/17. On 12/25 I emailed them to advise, they stated they reshipped my order all ready. On 1/3 I advised them the order arrived defrosted, I asked them to replace it and add a dessert! They shipped a third time and my family received a beautiful replacement... with dessert. (On the same day they also received the original order that was really defrosted....yuck). My hats off to Omaha Steaks, and I will be using them again for presents, their food is excellent too.
