Need phone number for mypoints!!! Been waiting since June for 2 $10 GCs to Target store. Keep getting stupid e-mails from them that it is on the way. Obviously it is not. Sorry but it makes me fuming mad that I wasted all that time. Help!!! |

Hey Bethie - it shouldn't take this long, does your account show that it is still pending? I would keep calling, and calling until you speak with a human, leaving a voice mail will probably not get you a call back. Once you get them on the phone, they are really good about customer service (sounds funny, but it is true) it may be that the GC is held up in your account for some technicality, so keep on plugging until you actually speak with someone. I don't understand why some of you are having problems with them. I have ordered 3 or 4 Target certificates and they have all arrived in under 2 weeks. I guess I should count my blessings.

yesh, actually direct line to member services is 888-262-4528 i dunno either, they keep sending me dumb e-mails saying its on the way, but it isn't!!! previously, me and my boyfriend both got about $120 combined to use at target, i don't know what happened, our accounts are both active and nothing is wrong left message for the dude that has been e-mailing me 'peter schoonyoung' and i will keep calling! |

talked to some guy named paul, who was as rude as can be something about me calling to post office myself to find out where possible 'lost mail' might be and i let him have it and chewed him out that i had to keep wasting time calling, e-mailing, etc..... he didnt' want to send new GCs to my new address and i told him that i was still getting mail (forwarded from my old address with nice little stickies with my new address on it) so it is highly doubtful it got lost, anyway, he SAYS he will mail them out to me, i won't hold my breath and he'll probably only send 1 instead of 2 $10 GCs to target.... then he asks if he can compensate my account with points and i laugh and say heck no, i just want my GCs, why would i want to waste more time earning points when GCs never get sent... .argh!!!!!!!!!! |

Maureen ended up fixing the problem for me. $25 GC came yesterday in the mail. Quickest redemption and GC mailing to me I've ever experienced. Still the experience has burned me enough that I'm afriad to devote time and/or $ to point earning opportunities. I'm just glad that I finally got those darn GCs. Me and BF are going shopping for sheets this weekend for our new queen bed |

the $25 Gc to target arrived last week and it was successfully spent if anyone ever has problems again let me know cuz I have the personal e-mail account for one of the CS reps named maureen
