Babystyle makes me so mad!

I spread the word about the MSTWENTY coupon to my sister-in-law and my mother-in-law and they both took advantage of it. Well now my mother-in-law got a cancellation of order notice because she didn't meet the guidelines or something.

I did place both orders for them, but their credit cards and addresses are different.

Would babystyle be able to know it came from the same computer? And even so, they're still 2 new customers.

I think it's really lame that most their coupons are for new customers only. It's like they want new cutomers all the time, but could care less about keeping their current customers.

I'm surely going to do something about this order cancellation, there's no reason for it.

I just had to vent and see if this has happened to anyone else.

Call customer service. you can get the number off their site. They have been super nice w/me. Did you use a different email and address? I get coupons from them for returning customers all the time. I got a flyer in the mail at Christmas that had a great coupon code in it. GOod luck!
