Monumental Trouble with Sears
Hubby and I bought two expensive mattress sets in mid January at Sears, and when they came to deliver them, they knocked my TV across the room and broke it.
I have called 7 different times, went to the mall in person, and Sears will not replace the TV. They say it is the contractor's fault. Talk about passing the buck! I wrote a lettr to the customer service dept. in Las Vegas, and they haven't bothered to acknowledge it.
I'm stuck. I don't know what else to do.
