Staples Rebates

Has anyone ever had problems getting rebates from Staples.
I seem to get all the small rebates, but have a rebate outstanding for Peachtree Accounting 8.0 for $119.99 and a rebate for Memorex Scanner for $50.00 that they do not want to honor.
If anyone has had problems or may be able to help me with information on how to solve this it will be appreciated.

How long has it been since you mailed in your requests? I've seen my rebates take up to 3 months. If it's been over that time, call Staples' rebate dept (get the # on their site)or take your copies (I hope you made them) and go to your local Staples B&M and tell the manager you want your rebate now. The one here in town is very accomodating and have given me cash right then and there. In the past, they've been the worst with rebates but they seem to be getting better. The Sharp fax machine rebates came in one month. Good luck.
