I received my staples order today (someone posted about getting 15.00 worth of stuff for free after buying this program, the Microsoft Streets and Maps and using a coupon) On the staples website it says the OfficeReady Family Essentials comes with a 30.00 rebate, but it comes with only a 10.00 rebate. I called customer service and she apologized saying it's a website error, and she would send my a 20.00 credit for Staples that could be used online or at any b&m store. She said she couldn't credit my account for 20.00 or give me any other rebate.

I got the same problem but agreed to return it to staples and would get full credit of 29.99 + tax, and coupon 25 off 75 is mine to keep. So, $15 free stuff is mine, but a lot of hassle |

Jennie, I have been having the same problem. Have you been able to resolve this with Staples? I have been e-mailing them back and forth and getting absolutley ridiculous answers including their telling me I should contact Canon! Thanks!

I explained to the woman and she looked it up on her computer and saw the error and told me she was sending a 20.00 coupon to me. She wouldn't give me a 20.00 credit which is what I said I'd rather have. She said the coupon is good at a store or on the web. Also, there's no minimum purchase required. I have received the coupon but I'm still going to see if I can exchange the program at a Staples B&M store. Good luck to you. BE FIRM |
