Angry kohl's

I tried to use the KOHL's website today. I signed on about a dozen times over an hour period before I could get in. Then it logged me out due to "Inactivity" while I was shopping. There was never more than a minute
pause while I was shopping through the pages. 5 times it emptied my cart and I had to "redo" this order. While I was doing it for the third time I called to complain and to see what was up - and was advised they were working on it. after the fifth time I called them back and they had to enter it manually - re-register all of the imformation and I had to provide them with each SKU number. On top of that when they tried to apply the coupon code I was told their system wasn't taking it and they could open a casenote or price adjustment - which means I place the order with the full amount and after approx. 3 business days I have to remember to check my account to see if the discount was applied. Ridiculous - this is their code! When I asked to speak to a manager I was told the person that took my order was the person I had to complain to - as she has the same authorizations and
abilities as a manager. In other words - the consumers just have to
deal with it - there is nothing we are going to do anyway so why waste
the time of a manager. Kohl's has go to get their act together. I also made an order today with the jcpenny - it was an order for more than 3x times the amount of stuff. I got right into their website. The code also wasn't working online -however, when I called their customer service, she was able to access my order and just place the code and finish the order. Job done in less than 5 minutes - no need to "redo" an order, or check back to see if the discount was applied. My cart was never lost. At least an airline will give you some kind of voucher for bad service - Kohl's gives nothing but frustration. If I could of gotten everything I needed at JC Penny, I would have never gone to Kohl's. The only good news is they are updating their website to sort
and find things more easily, but what good is it if it doesn't work. Besides
getting it to work they still need to add a next page feature on the bottom
of the page so you don't have to scroll up. Good Luck if you place any orders with them.
