Temper-Pedic won't stop mailing me

I spoke to so many people, so many times and they promised so many times to take me off their mailing list.

I write "Return to sender" but it doesn't accomplish anything.

Can I get them in trouble? It's really annoying, angering and they waste paper.

Hmmm, my suggestion would be to file a complaint either with your Attorney General's office and/or the BBB. You can do that at www.bbb.org

If you've called on several occasions and still they are sending you stuff, that's got to be against some kind of "opt out" law.

It was impossible with the BBB because they required info that I didn't have so I reported it to my surgeon general's office. Thanks!

I know Im new here but I wanted to ask you ...this info they keep sending you is it directly addressed to you or does it say your name/or current resident cause if it says the latter the mailman is required to mail it so the junk mail will just keep coming. Sorry and you can always place the junk mail you recive from them into you recycle bin for it to become another useful item.

id keep whatever they give you, and if you have a fireplace, when it gets chilly, light it up! if not, you can build a simple bonfire pit in the backyard with some bricks, and just toss all your junk mail into a pile or trashcan and when it gets cold, burn some smores at tempur pedic's expence. just make sure to take out all the plastic stuff, i find those credit cards (you get those plastic cards in the mail right?) have like 100s of uses, like cleaning out bubbles in screen protectors, wedges, and kids toys, lol, my grandma used a bunch of those free AOL CDs at christmas to decorate the backyard tree, with some string and glue, it was awesome, glue the 2 AOL logos together, and its just a thick shiney disk. if you actually want it to stop, i would contact the bbb, and file a complaint with the tempur pedic company, or find out who owns them (Maxis<EA ATI<AMD) and file a complaint with them, that is if you cant find tempur pedic in the list of buisnesses.
