Zappos Unbelievable Service!!!

If you are shoe shopping online you have to try Zappos.com. I was looking for a certain shoe for my granddaughters birthday and found this site by accident. They have thousdands of shoes and shipping is free! I ordered on Tuesday and my Granddaughter received the shoes Wednesday afternoon. I emailed them to compliment them on their wonderful service and actually received a person answer back rather than the usual canned version. I highly recommend this site.

Big n tall are the only people who have the size i can wear confortably, even tho i hate nothing else than a poor fit shoe, so its usually a choice between white or black sketchers, the other shoe that they sell that fits is too slim, the thingy on the inside of the shoe is too high, and it feels akward, so sketchers is litterally my only choice. what happens if the shoe doesnt fit?

I sympathize with you, Bobs Most of us take for granted that we can go out and pick from a variety of styles, buy what we like in our size, and be done with it. However, my father-in-law has the same issue as you and it's a nightmare for him to go shoe shopping. Zappos has great customer service so go may want to go that route.

Zappos shipping is free - both ways! If you should have to return the shoes you bought, they pay the return shipping, too. I don't know of any other company that does that. Makes me much more confident about buying shoes online - different styles might requires a different size.
