I have ordered from them several times but get this..... first I tried to order two things and they charged me seperate shipping charges for each one so I split up the orders and used coupons on both. I paid for second day air on the scooter for my daughter and just went with reg. for the shoes. Of course the shoes were shipped reg and got here first. The second day air scooter took longer! Thats not what got my goat though. The scooter I paid 49.99 plus 14.99 shipping was used!!!!! It had dirty wheels scratches, the instructions from the box were missing too and the box... oh that was sad it was torn tattered and dirty, obviously a return. This puts me in a real rough spot. The durn thing didnt make it in time for christmas so my daughter was devastated but I told her it was ordered and on the way from UPS so she of course has waited for the UPS man for days! She still wants it even though its dirty because she doesnt want to wait to get another one. I dont feel like I should pay full price for this thing! Anyone have any ideas on what I should do? I already looked at the B&M store and they dont have any like this or any others we can afford.

Contact Sports A. and speak with a supervisor. Tell him you want to return the scooter for a full refund.
Then order another from them for 1/2 the cost....see link

Well I tried this and it didnt go quite as planned. My daughter absolutely wanted this blue scooter. I was at first told they were sold out so I said give me something for the fact that it is used. The rep puts me on hold and says good news we have another and we will ship it and send a call tag for the used one. Fine I guess but still doesnt make up for the lousy looking gift my daughter opened up in front of everyone. Wouldnt it have been cheaper for them to give me another 10 bucks off? Now they have this used scooter back to sell again! Plus the shipping they have to pay plus the cost of a call tag pick up....

I can not believe they did nothing to make up for the problem to begin with.
Maybe you should call back and speak with a sup. Tell them you want to be compensated for your trouble.
