Contact Sports A. and speak with a supervisor. Tell him you want to return the scooter for a full refund. Then order another from them for 1/2 the cost....see link [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or Register Now] If you don't wish to do this at least tell them to refund a portion of the cost you paid.

Well I tried this and it didnt go quite as planned. My daughter absolutely wanted this blue scooter. I was at first told they were sold out so I said give me something for the fact that it is used. The rep puts me on hold and says good news we have another and we will ship it and send a call tag for the used one. Fine I guess but still doesnt make up for the lousy looking gift my daughter opened up in front of everyone. Wouldnt it have been cheaper for them to give me another 10 bucks off? Now they have this used scooter back to sell again! Plus the shipping they have to pay plus the cost of a call tag pick up....

I can not believe they did nothing to make up for the problem to begin with. Maybe you should call back and speak with a sup. Tell them you want to be compensated for your trouble.
