I placed an order for several items. One was going to be delayed for more than a month and they promptly notified me of my options-including canceling that item, substituting, or waiting. When I received the rest of my order (which included a freebie!!) I was very unhappy with one of the things (nothing really wrong with it-it was not to my taste and I have a very forgiving chocoloate quotient!!) Anyway, I e-mailed them and requested a credit for this item. They replied in less than one day and gave me a credit prompty (including the shipping costs!!) I definitely will buy from them again!!!This is the way all companies should behave!!
