WENT TO EBGAMES A few WEEK OR SO AGO GOT 2 PS2 GAMES GOT HOME ONE WAS A CASE NO GAME WE DONT LIVE CLOSE TO WHERE THE STORE IS EMAIED THEM NO ANSWER.CALLED WAS SUPPOSE TO MAIL ME THE GAME NOTHING I JUST WANT THE GAME I BOUGHT

We don't do business with EB games anymore as far as their used games and controllers. 2 games did not work, as well as a faulty gamecube controller (you could only move your character to the left) and non functional microphone for a Mario Party game. Apparently this is a good place to trade in your old scratched up games and broken controllers since they obviously do not test them. I lost my receipt so I was SOL on all the items. I understand the need for receipts at used game stores, but they need to understand the need to test the items before they sell them. I've never had this problem with any other used games boutiques.

That's awful. It sounds like they not only don't test them, but also like they don't even look to make sure what's being sold to them is actually in the case! Good luck and I hope you make out all right - don't give up!
