I placed an order on December 22 and was beginning to wonder why I hadn't received a shipping confirmation. This morning I received an e-mail from them with the following information: "I am writing in regards to your order XXXXXX-XXXX. The following item(s)in your order are not available: 3 Mulling Spices Mix 1 Cappuccino Mix 1 Glass Ornaments in Wooden Crate 10 Loose Peacock Feathers 35"-40" Your credit card has not been charged for this item(s)." So it took eleven days to figure out nothing was available? That left a packet of incense that cost less than $2.00 which I cancelled. They've joined Healthcentral/WebRX on my never-buy-from-again list. |
