I too ordered products from Central Coast and received a charge on my credit card totaling more than $5.95. I came on these sites to figure some things out. All you people are so upset about their charges on your card and say they are scamming you and are defrauding you. Quit contacting the AG or BBB and reporting them for scamming. Read the terms and conditions, the paragraph at the bottom of the order page and it explains everything there for you in plain ENGLISH. Not to mention, the "upsells" are outlined and highlighted in YELLOW right in front of your face. I surely thought I would have caught that, but in my hurry I didn't look at it and just ordered. Going back now I see where everything is labeled and outlined perfectly for us to see. What CCN is doing is NOT fraud, scamming or stealing our money. We must be responsible for our own actions and reading what we put our credit card information in to! Instead of being angry and trying to shut down this company who isn't doing anything wrong, learn from your mistake and be better informed for next time you order something on line. I know I surely will be! Focus your energy on something else instead of trying to "destroy" this company. Read what you order and open your eyes folks and maybe next time you wouldn't end up in this situation. Everything is spelled out for you in their site, it's up to YOU the consumer to read it! |

to the previous post I must reply. First, yes in a perfect world we would all have seen the minuscule information at the bottom of the page. Most legitimate companies do not place this information in such a small area at the bottom of a page after you have sign in for the product. Secondly, most legitimate companies do not make you wait for 45 minutes to 2 hours or longer (if ever) trying to get someone on the line to correct the problem. Thirdly, most legitimate companies do not send more product without making sure the first product is satisfactory. Lastly, most legitimate companies do not send all their return product to an address that does not sign for return product when it is sent by delivery confirmation. ( Our Post Office is looking into this as it may be mail fraud). Now I agree in a perfect world we would never make mistakes, always pickup on the slight of hand used by some companies to get their product out there but everyone agrees this is not a perfect world and I think most of us agree this is not a legitimate company or they would have cleaned up their act and changed the way the website is written.

RaeRaeRaeRaeRae, I'm very happy for you that you think the company is all above board. My bet is that you work for them or are a relative. I am more than willing to admit my mistake in missing their poor display of rules and regs, however, any company worth a dime has better customer service than these guys. To be on hold for over 81 minutes, not have your emails responded to, and IF you do get someone, they are very rude, are not signs of a legitimate company. How are you supposed to cancel if you have no way to get ahold of someone!!! I hope you enjoy your products! Personally, after the way they handle their customer service, and how rude they have been to many of us, I would not let their products pass my lips. God only knows what they have in them. |

I wish I had read these notes BEFORE I ordered from this company. I, too, tried to cancel right after I had ordered and received the same RUDE e-mail about having to receive the product before cancelling. And now I see that I have been charged $69.95 and NOT the $39.95 I was billed. I AM SO ANGRY!! If anyone has had success with filing action against this company, please let me know. ![]() ![]() ![]() |

If you google AZ attorney general and look at news, there is a suit filed. It's awesome! Way to go team. Together we stand. The suit states that they have been getting thousands of reports on these guys and they increase by the week. They can be fined up to 10,000 per incident!!!! Read it, it is a thing of beauty. |

Wow, I wish I would have done more research before getting involved with this company. I'm still trying to get rid of charges from October and they refuse to answer any of my emails and calling is useless. Please add me to your class action suit, this company must be stopped! BTW, they told me I "opted in" to the hoodigum and water. Obviously we are all used to unchecking boxes when we don't want something, this company uses trickery to get you to purchase something. |

It seems this company is operating from Florida and Arizona. Well here is my story. I cancelled on time with a Nick Dec 22. I specifically asked him if I needed to return the product and he said "I don't have to" I was charged two weeks later and when I called back (after waiting on hold for 40 minutes) and explained what Nick told me the agent said "well Nick must have assumed you had read the terms and conditions advising I would be charged if I did not return the product. So it was up to me if I wanted to not be charged $39.95" Mind you she did not offer me the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization number.) I had to pry it out of her. What slimmy people they are. I called my credit card company to make a chargeback but basically they are siding with CCN. I urge everyone who has been hoodwinked by these scammers to report them to the Better Bussiness Bureau in Florida. here is the link [Only registered and activated users can see links. I work in customer service for 24 years and I can just tell by their voice inflections. I know I will do everything in my power to have their credit card vender license revoked. Its called TMF (Terminated Merchant File) and placed on MATCH FILE. |

I finally got a refund after 2 months of sending e-mailes almost everyday and sending my products back via fedex - sig. required... I spent $90.70 for 2 products, got back $67.84. I lost some $$ but got most of it back. Just keep sending them e:mails everyday....You should hear something. Good luck. |

| this company is FULL of RUDE, LYING employees!! It's so pathetic. I called them shortly after getting the product to cancel my account so that I wouldn't get any more fees charged to my account. I asked their representative PAUL he was sure I wouldn't get any other charges! He ASSURED ME. I asked more than once because he wouldn't give me a comfirmation number. Well guess what happened two weeks or so later?I got the $40 charged which overdrafted my account! I immediately dealt with the bank AND called them again and the rude customer representative said I was being charged because I didn't return the product which Paul failed to tell me that if it wasn't returned, I would still be charged. I told her I had gone to the bank to file a report and that they told me to call them as well, She gave me the return number thing and I returned the product and got comformation of it's delivery and I just got charged AGAIN and overdrafted AGAIN! Called one more time and the RUDEST representative ever said that because I filed the report, they wouldn't credit me back and that I was a liar for saying that paul and whoever else said those things, and said the conversation was over because they got their money! And hung up on me!! Are you frickin kidding me? DEFINITELY add my name to this list!! I really want to know how they can get away with something like this. How are they not out of business yet? How can people get away witht his? Some lawyer or something should be the one on the phone with them just to see how they treat the customers who count! They could care LESS about what they do. I want the money ripped out of every single employee in that company! I am going back to my bank today to figure this out. But this HAS to be stopped. I too would like to be included in the class action. They have pulled the same nasty tricks with me regarding Acai Power and Acai Pure. They are hateful and will not return my money even though I did as they asked me to do. I have spent HOURS on the phone with these people to either be ok we will cancel or your just out of luck you didn't read the fine print. I never ordered any Hoodie products and yet recieved four. They charged me initially 80.00 and just recently hit my account again for that amount. I am having to close out my debit card and have a new one reissued. I have not checked my credit bureaus yet but that is next on my list. To whom ever started the class action - I send you my warmest regards and please contact me as I will gladly do whatever is neccessary to stop these morons.
