| Re: Central Coast Nutraceuticals-- STAY AWAY!! I am happy to report that I not only heard from the BBB but also the NY Attorney General's Office and they are going after them. THERE IS A GOD!!! I don't know what the outcome will be, but those crooks will find out that I am NEVER GOING AWAY and NEVER GIVING UP. I will be a thorn in their side until the day I drop dead ![]() Videomaker |

Hi Ceallaigh 76 I just realized that you are the poster who said you would like to start a class action suit against these crooks if you got enough of us together. I have not seen anything from you until now, are you still in?? Surely there are enough of us now that have said they are interested. Do you have an e-mail address where we can send you our e-mail addresses? If you don't want to give that out just go to Yahoo and create one for just that purpose. I am sure that you won't have to do this on your own, we can all pitch in and help to get it started. I would like to see it happen but I don't really know how to go about it. videomaker |

Thus far I have filed with the 1) BBB 2) FTC 3) oprah.com 4) consumeraffairs.com 5) iripoff.com 6) attorney general's office I need your help if we are going to make this happen. Peace until we meet again. P.S. Don't forget you can send me your email address and contact information to [Only registered and activated users can see links. I totally agreed, am in the midst of dealing with this company, and see no end to it. it's the principle of things. i have filed a complaints with Arizona better business bureau, wrote to the Oprah show. And just discovered another thing: search Amazon.com and put in CCN's full name, then post your complaints to that website. Hopefully nobody else will become victim to their scam. We need to put our efforts together and bring this company down in the most visible way, on websites like Amazon, facebook, etc. |

something has changed with CCN. i got them to stop charging for future shipments. still dealing w/last shipment. they don't want to give me a full refund. will keep trying.

| Re: Central Coast Nutraceuticals-- STAY AWAY!!
I just got a complaint update e-mail from the BBB of the Southland, Inc. Serving Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, and San Bernardino Counties 315 North La Cadena Drive Colton, CA 92324 Phone: (909) 825-7280 Fax: (909) 825-6246 On Nov 18th I filled out their website complaint form filing complaints against Celebrity-Smile, Celebritybrites, IWinwhitening, Advancedwhite and CCN. Just to update you: I ordered ONE free trial kit from Celebrity-Smile. Celebritybites mailed kit. More kits arrived that I did not order. Celebrity Smile and Advancedwhite issued two charges of $4.99 on my Discover card and only one was authorized. IWinwhitening issued an unauthoriized charge of $39.95 on my Discover card. IWinwhitening issued 2 unathorized charges of $88.97 on my Visa card. Central Coast Nurtaceuticals, Inc.'s name is all over the product and in the kit is an invoice and letter from them. All of these companies except CNN reside at the same exact address in Glendale, CA. which proves to me that they are all one and the same scammers. With all of the e-mails back and forth with CCN, after I threatened to report them to the BBC, Attorney General and FTC they denied having any connection to any of these companies. They said I was going after the wrong company. BUT isn't it strange that their Nicole Davis told me that if I sent back the two unopened kits that I did not order, they would issue me a credit of $20 off the $39.95 charge on my Discover card. Like a jerk I believed her and went through the expense of mailing them back, and, of course, no credit ever happened. NOW HERE IS THE KICKER In their complaint update e-mail to me the BBB tells me that they contacted a company called Luminousbrite. Guess what? They also reside at the same address as the others. The BBC reported that they contacted this company twice and have gotten no response from them. Their policy on that is to close the file on it. But the complaint that I issued will be there against them for the next 3 years. I have no idea why they contacted this place because I never mentioned them in my complaint. As I threatened to do, I also contacted the Federal Trade Commission and the Attorney General's Office and they too are going after them. I also filed a claim here: Complaint Forms [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or Register Now] FCC Consumer Complaints I cannot stress enough to you to take the address above and file a complaint against all of these dirt bags. If you are REALLY mad enough then also file with the Attorney General's Office, the FTC and the FCC. I have still not heard back from Capital One yet about my payment dispute. Will keep ya posted. Videomaker who will not give up! |

| Re: Central Coast Nutraceuticals-- STAY AWAY!!
Hey guys, something is happening with them. After fighting with them and sending information to my bank over and over again I finally got a refund of $39.92. Not quite the $42.85 charged to my account but more than I ever thought I would get. This sure caused a lot of problems for me. I had to cancel my debit card and go through all the aggravation from that and fighting to get my refund. Don't give up and continue to file with the BBB, Attorney General and any one else you can .

| Re: Central Coast Nutraceuticals-- STAY AWAY!!
Sorry Guys, must make a change to my last post. I accidently entered the wrong amount for my refund. Of the $42.85 they charged my account they returned $33.92, a difference of $8.93. I'm not sure why since shipping was only supposed to be $1.95 originally and I paid for the return shipping myself. Probably a restocking fee that they told me they would waive.

I was shocked to see my Discover card statement when it arrived the other day. CCN finally issued me a credit of $39.95. I guess all my threats paid off. Oddly enough Celebrity Smile was the one who issued the charge, and after telling me that I was going after the wrong company when I threatened to report them, CCN issued the credit. What gives??? TO UPDATE HERE...They did not issue the credit, my husband notified Discover that the charge was unauthorized and they are the ones who credited that charge. It will remain credited to my account until Discover hears from them within 45 days. That 45 day thing is another thing that REALLY p*sses me off! The credit card companies give the merchants 45 days to respond to disputed charges but we, the customers, only get a few days. Capital One overnighted us a letter enclosing the response from Celebrity Smiles regarding the disputed charges, it was dated Dec 2nd. We received it on Wednesday Dec 3rd and they gave us until the following Monday, Dec 8th to respond or they were closing the case. We had to get everything together and overnight it to them on Thursday the 4th to make sure it got there on time.....but the scammers get 45 frigging days!!!! | Re: Central Coast Nutraceuticals-- STAY AWAY!! Actually, I ordered a sample of Acaipure for shipping only $ 4.95 and they then took $29.95 for a factory fit; returned that to my account on today and then took $39.95 for a ccnnutra, which I figured out was the same as acai pure company logo. I've been on hold for thirty minutes so far and have until 5 pm. I already called the bank but until it clears they said they don't have a phone no: next stop BBB where I'm known, so they would want to be good to themselves by just sending me my money back. I'll let you know how that goes.

I understand why they do not respond now. She was very prompt at sending me the link for their agreement terms via email yesterday stating that I should read it and that no refund would be issued. The agreement says that you must return one of the items within 30 days and the other within 14 days. I was charged over $90.00 before I figured all of this out. I even threatened with legal action, no response by email, phone or mail. Not that I want this to happen to others but I am really surprised at how many Innocent customers that got ripped off by Central Coast Nutraceuticals. I really was mad at my self for doing what I did. Thanks for your information. Lori |
