I would like to be added to the list! I ordered on 11/3/08 and saw they charged me way more than expected that same day. I called them on 11/3/08 and asked to cancel they said no, but when I got the order to call them for a RMA# to send it back. I have been trying for 4 days, on hold a total of 260 minutes and still no person to talk to. I've even emailed and gotten nothing. They did refund me the first fee, but I am being billed for a full supply now because I couldn't send back this one! I did file a report at the BBB, but no one really cares about those. |

After I got ripped off by these scam artists I did a lot of Google searching and came up with a whole ton of complaints from all of the people they have scammed. I found that they go under 4 different company names. I ordered the free trial tooth whitening kit from Celebritywhite.com and Celebritybrites.com sent it to me. They are both located at the same address, 3600 Ocean View Blvd. Suite #2 Glendale, CA 91208. The company that issued two unauthorized charges of $88.97 to my credit card was IWinWhitening.com and they are also at that same address. As far as Central Coast Nutraceuticals Inc.,their name is all over the product I received and there was also a thank you letter from them enclosed. They are located in Phoenix, AZ. I filed a payment dispute with my bank and also filed complaints to the BBB, Attorney General's Office and the Federal Trade Commission. I don't know how much good the complaints will do, but it was something that I needed to do. I e-mailed CCN and told them to either remove the charges or I was going to do this and they never responded, so I just went ahead and did it. CCN had told me that I could return the two kits that I never ordered and was charged $39.95 for and they would issue a credit of $20. Yeah right, I went through the expense of mailing it back to them and have not seen that $20. Just for that I am going to now file a payment dispute for the $39.95 as well. I have not heard any more ahout the class action suit, but I hope that it does happen. Something really needs to be done to stop this fraud. |

OMG! I wish I would have done the research BEFORE I ordered anything from Central Coast Nutraceuticals. Of course, I feel so naive now. I got this email advertising AcaiPure berry cleanse. It had Oprah's picture all over it and since I have been hearing a lot about it...I thought I'd give it a try. Especially since it was only $1.00 +$4.95 s/h for a 14 day trial. No big committment, right? WRONG! Immediately after ordering the AcaiPure pills, my bank account was charged $44.85. I tried several times to contact customer service and each time they were expriencing a high call volume. I then decided to do a little research on the net and found that the $44.85 was actually for the pills, some gum and some kind of water. Wait a minute! I never ordered any gum or water! By day 5, I still had not received any kind of product from this company. I emailed customer service and told them they were a bunch of frauds and I want my money back and am cancelling any kind of affiliation I have with them. It has now been 3 weeks...I have not received any kind of product from them whatsoever...my bank account has been debited twice ($44.85 and $39.95)...and I've received two email responses from them offering me free shipping on any future orders. The last time I tried to call them was this morning and when I finally got through, the recording told me my hold time would be 60 minutes. Needless to say, after all this, I have contacted my bank and filed a claim. Now I have the inconvenience of going without a debit card for the next ten days and hopefully, I get my money back. I just wish something could be done about this company. It's absolutely absurd that they keep doing people fraudulantly and continue to get away with it.

Hi Even if you're lucky enough to get an RMA # from these dirtbags I don't think it will help. When I cancelled with them they also offered me free shipping on future orders. I said NO WAY. They finally said they would give me a $20 credit of the $39.95 charge on my Discover card and told me to send the kits back to their Belcher Rd address in Largo FL. Like a fool, I went through the expense of returning the 2 tooth whitening kits that I never ordered. They were mailed weeks ago and I have still not seen any refund. I am now going after them for the $39.95 unauthorized charge they slapped on my Discover card. As far as the two charges of $88.97 on my Visa card I am still working on that. After filing a complaint with the BBB they said they forwarded the complaint to the right agency in California. I did receive an e-mail from the BBB a day or two after filing the complaint and they said they are contacting the company about it. Now I am waiting to see the outcome of the complaints I filed with The Attorney General's Office and the Fair Trade Commission. I heard from the FTC and they said that my complaint has been entered into Consumer Sentinel, a secure online database available to thousands of civil and criminal law enforcement agencies worldwide. I only just mailed everything to the Attorney General's Office and am waiting to hear on that. Celebritysmile.com has a customer service link and it is to Central Coast Nutraceuticals, Inc. Even though CCN's name is all over the product, they claimed to me that they are not affiliated with Celebritysmile, (where I ordered the free trial from) Celebritybrites (who mailed it to me) or IWinWhitening (who charged $217.89 to my Visa card). After I challenged them on that one I never heard from them again. I strongly recommend that everyone on this thread should also bombard these 3 places with compaints. Well, here's another to add to this growing list. So far, I have received the free product and paid the shipping. However, I did take the time to review all the information when it arrived, and it did clearly state that 14 days after receiving the product I would be charged for additional product if I did not cancel. I let the 14 days slip by and sure enough the $39.99 charge showed up on my card. I called the number listed on the charge and I too was told there would be a 51 minute wait. It was in the early evening so I sat back and turned on the speakerphone to wait. About 47 minutes later Jason came on the line. I simply indicated I wanted to cancel the order. I was given the same information most others have indicated. When I suggested I would just return it to sender since it was being sent by USPS, he actually suggested that wouldn't be a good idea since no postage would be paid and there was no guarantee that they would receive it. Oh yes, and he also offered the product at $29.95 w/free shipping if I reconsidered or decided to come back. He then proceeded to give me an RMA# in order to return it, and when asked also indicated the full charge would be credited back to my account within 2-3 business days after the product was received. Today is Sunday, November 23, 2008, and that phone call was Monday, November 17. So far the product has not arrived, but the charge was just added on November 14, so I guess I'll give USPS time to deliver. I discovered this FORUM after looking into the multitude of links I see everywhere for this product. It occured to me that Jessica and Devin were probably getting an affiliate fee for each bottle of this product sold, which after the endorsement of Oprah and Rachel is likely significant. I have yet to discover if that is the case, although there are some codes at the end of the URL's to suggest that might be the case. So I haven't been swindled yet! There was discloseure but you really had to look for it. I decided not to even use the product as I didn't want to get into paying $100 or so per month between the pills and the cleanse for both my wife and I. After thinking about it, I realized I wouldn't have to take it forever and was going to reconsider. However, it just so happens I have contacts in Ecuador where this berry also grows, and I had just sent an email to find out about possible sources of this product. This could prove to be a very interesting saga! |

I agree, STAY AWAY! I too, was a "victim" CCN charged my bank account $44.85 without any authorization! I sent email after email but still NO REPLY! I tried to call 1-888-692-8352, waited on hold for 64 minutes and no one came on the phone. I have tried many many times to get a hold of them but just end up on hold for hours! I am not only frustrated at the fact that I can't get in touch with them but I'm wasting so much of my time on hold and sending emails with no response back. Will I ever get this resolved and get my money back?!

Add me to the list of gullibles! I have the same story as all of you. I filed with the federal trade commission, BBB in AZ and IC3. We need to get these morons.

I just filed a complaint with the BBB in Arizona on this company. They are full of crap. Please add me to the list for filing a class action with this company. Someon should stop them and we should be the one. It never seems to amaze me how people will stop at nothing to take advantage of people especially when the economy is at its worse. It is costing me more money to stop what they have done and are still trying to do. Thus far, I have cancelled my credit card, filed a complaint with the BBB and I am still trying to get my money refunded. But that is ok, if it is a fight that they are looking for then they got the right one this time. I my self am also checking into a class action lawsuit. So if anyone has issues or know of anyone, then please email me at [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or
Register Now] with your contact information and story so that I may have it to present to a lawyer. It is not easy to find a lawyer that will take on a class action lawsuit, but someone has to do it. I am in Atlanta Ga, so email me so we can get started. Thanks and happy holidays to you. They may be laughing now, but hopefully we will be the last ones laughing. Peace. |

OK, here is a thought, besides the 3 organizations I listed above that I filed with, I also emailed to the Oprah website. Even though her name was not in the actual add, it was the testimonial before the ad that led me there. I think she should know about this. If we all bombard her with all kinds of mail, maybe she can help take them on. She is a very powerful woman. Who knows, maybe we can all get on her show! ha. But seriously, these idiots do need to be taken down! |

I have also joined because I to am going through the same thing that everyone else is. I have sent an e-mail to the Arizona BBB and I have sent an e-mail to Oprah's site and I'm getting ready to contact the Attorney General as well as the Govenor of Arizona. Please add me to any list for class action law suits, I'm will to do what is needed to stop these people.

I also want to be added to the class action suit! My experience has been very much the same as most of the replies above. This company is a HUGE SHAM!!!
