One word..persistance..I took a LONG time to get them on the phone...just keep trying..I think they only have like 3 people answering the phones..lol

believe it or not, I've actually been refunded for the other unauthorized shipment. The funny thing is that I never GOT the shipment, yet they charged me a restocking fee! However, since I didn't have to pay shipping to send it back, I consider myself lucky.

I ordered the trial version of Green Tea Extreme and I received that PLUS Hoodia Burst gum, and a small bottle of Hoodia Water (1 fl.oz.) the last 2 items I did not know I was going to receive. When the package came, it was all inside a bubble lined manila envelope. The envelope was wet. I cut it open and The Hoodia Water bottle was broken and, of course, the contents was all over everything. The bottle should have been more protected. The gum package was all wet also. I sent Central Coast Nutraceuticals an email right away. I have yet to receive a reply, but, I called. After about the 6th time of getting a recording and not being able to leave a message, someone answered. She was a very cold person. I told her what the package was like when I received it. I also told her that I was only supposed to get the Green Tea Extreme for a trial. I also told her that my bank account was charged $45.85 and that it should not have been charged until after the trail period was over. They had charged me ONE day after I ordered the trial. She told me that I would be reimbursed $39.90 (not reimbursing the shipping) Well, I called my bank to see if it was credited there yet and I was told that it wasn't, but that if they did the credit, that it wouldn't show up for 48 to 72 hours. So, I have to wait until Monday to check again to see if the money is there. I also canceled my card and orderd a new number. If my money isn't there by Monday, I will file a claim for a fraudulent transaction. I may want to join the others in the lawsuit. |

Just got bit by the CCN colotox deal. Stay away from this. I ordered a trial size for 1.00 plus 1.95 shipping and got billed for $42.85. When I called (after a wait of 40 minutes) I was told sorry it was an error but just wait til the package arrived and open it for return information. Wish I had seen this site first. I went to my bank and filed a fraud charge as well as canceling my debit card and then to the post office to send this junk back. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD...this describes this entire company.

Ok i return my products but I have not recieve my refund yet. And i never ever could get a hold of them on the phone or email. And they charge me again of 39 dollars. There are alot of complains on this thread and there is one who got there refund but anyone else have there issue resolve and got a refund???

On 11/7/08 I saw an add on the internet and ordered there trial offer for two products. One for 1.00 the other for 4.95. The next day while checking my account I notice a charge for 45.85 and 44.85. What happen is they offer you other products, thinking you did not checked the box for the products boom, they got you.. The boxes are pre checked so if you dont want the items you have to un-check the box. What a scam... I e-mailed them everyday and no response. I called, but wait time was 55 minutes... I dont have 55 minutes to hold on a phone. Today I filed with the BBB. I saw a post from a customer and they repsonded to BBB right a way.
