Need help with delias.com

If anyone has an account with delias.com, you have probably received an e-mail about a Winter apparel sale going on that reduces everything down to 75% off. I put a couple items in my cart and some of them are coming up at original price depending on the color and size. I e-mailed their help e-mail ([Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or Register Now]) and haven't received a reply yet. So far the same problem keeps on happening everytime I check the site. Does anyone have an e-mail address for them that gets a quicker response or some sort of advice?
