I had the best experience with Gap.com this xmas shopping! First I had some good coupon deals to use with a good sale.I had to place an order with cs because their site went down briefly. I misunderstood the woman re: price on sweatshirt I wanted and discovered online that the item was on sale but not in the color I had asked about.I called back to see if I could add it and as I expected I couldn't.I told her I was disappointed because I had a one time discount plus I didn't want to pay another shipping charge. She placed the order, gave me the discount, waived the shipping and I had it in my hands the next day. Needless to say, I've ordered from them again and got some good sale prices, coupon discounts, and fast shipping.
