| I ordered from them on 11/17/2000 and received an email saying that my order was received and normal shipping time was 3-4 weeks. Well, it's 12/27/00 and no order, but the thing that really bugs me is that they charged my credit card over a month ago! That isn't right. I've tried calling every day for a week now and either the phone kept ringing with no answer or the line was busy the entire day. The other day I finally got through and sat on hold for 50 MINUTES!!!!! I finally had to hang up. I even sent them 2 emails both unanswered. I called my credit card today and they said they shouldn't have charged my card. They are sending me a dispute form and will try to contact them on my behalf. This is VERY frustrating. I really wanted those turbie twists I ordered! Now I am so fed up I just want an answer! Anyone have any experience with this company or anything similar to this situation???

Feedback please? ya i have - their crooks what did you order ? i hope it was my tool because I know they were screwing people so they could sell the copy cat ! it would be nice to have a witness. i am the owner of the protrim shielded roller they've been out of contract since they screwed me over with the copy cat in 2001 & 2002 they are still selling it & won't give me my molds & marketing materials back more ? - let me know |
