Etoys Holiday shipment

I am still waiting on an etoys order from December 16th. On the site they stated any orders before the 18th would arrive on or before the 23rd. So this caused me to not have a gift for my brother and his son on Christmas day. Has this happened to anyone else this year? and what should I do?

Hi, I order alot of toys at etoys i say about a week before christmas, they all came on time.
