I ordered and Canon Rebel 2000 camera and accessories that came to a total of $628.00 on December 5th. I paid for the express shipping so I would receive it in 3-5 days. I never got it so on 12/12 I called them again and they said that they would ship it and "sorry" was the answer I got from them. So along came 12/19 and still no camera. I called them again and was told they did have it in stock and they would ship it 2 day mail as now I was in a panic about not receiving it before Christmas. I was promised it would go in the mail that evening and I would have it by 12/22. Again the UPS and FedEx man drove right by my house. Oh....let me tell you the order was charged to my credit card company on 12/5. So I sent them an email cancelling my order, also sent a letter certified return receipt requested. I had not received any notification that they received the cancellation. I called them a little bit ago and they still had not shipped my camera. They are doing bad business as far as I am concerned. He said he would credit my card today. When I told him I would be calling my credit card company if it was not done today and if not done I will tell them that this may be a case for fraud. He then informed me that it takes up to 48 hours for the credit. So I told him he can have 48 hours but that is it. I am so frustrated with this company. I don't honestly know how they can be doing business when they treat their customers this poorly. I really wish there was someone I could contact that would make a difference so that they would stop doing this to people. I know that I am not the only one who had problems. My niece ordered a camera from them, paid express shipping and had to call them after the deadline before they finally shipped hers.
