I placed my order on 11/25, received e-mail confirmation of shipment over a week ago but still have not received anything. Tracking shows that package was shipped via Airborne Express and is sitting at the postoffice for over a week. Can this be true? I tried mothernature.com but only get a recording. All of my e-mails go unanswered. Anyone else having problems? Any suggestions?

Guess I wont be ordering there this late in their closure. Last I ordered was about 75 chapsticks at .23 apiece. Made lots of people happy on my Christmas list. It came in about 2 weeks, much sooner than the earlier order that month. I can hear people laughing now- "what can you possibly do with 75 chapsticks?" lol But I need something on my lips all the time. Lipstick isnt as quenching as chapsticks, and I dont need the color from lipstick when Im just at home alone. These are really great chapsticks. Plus, they came in handy when my sons 3rd grade class asked me to participate in offering something for the goodie bags at the class Christmas party. I hope your orders arrive soon. I sympathize with you! |

I placed an order on November 16th and got an e-mail last week saying that my credit card wouldn't work. I called them and got a recording, so e-mailed them back right away, giving them another credit card. The next day I got 15 different e-mails, listing each item in my order in a different e-mail, telling me that the item was out of stock and would not be shipped - ever! All of the stuff was in stock when I ordered it and it made me a bit angry, but I figured since they were going out of business, what good would it do to even complain? Oh well! I had to wonder why they were trying to bill my credit card when nothing was in stock anyway - but then I figured they were just trying to close up permanently before Christmas, so were cancelling everything and everybody that was left - just a theory!

I placed an order on 11/16 and have not heard one word from them. When I check the status it just says "in process". Very disappointing, some of the items were supposed to be Christmas presents.

I ordered in Novemeber - $100 worth of holiday presents! I went down the list, buying something for each person. I waited and waited and WAITED - finally I knoew nothing would come and I was right! They canceled almost all of my order - the only thing I got was cat food! Oh well, the cat will be happy. |

I got my order in 1 months time. Also the credit card I used had not been used in over a year. Then I get a call from the credit card company that I had some suspicious charges for phone calls out of the country. $93.00 worth. Pretty sure mothernature.com had something to do with it. I would check your statements if you ordered from them to see If you have any funky charges you KNOW you did not make. Master card guarentees not to charge you if some charges are not yours. |

My order has been "in process" since November 16th. No email from them or anything. I called the 1-800 number and the recording says orders have either been shipped or cancelled. They also say your credit card wouldn't have been charged if they cancelled the order, because they don't charge until shipping. But I payed with flooz, which posted on November 15th. The site won't let me cancel the order because it's listed as "in process". I don't have any previous experience with flooz, will they help me with this situation?

| Update 1/02
I got about ten emails today from Mothernature.com. Each email told me they were cancelling each and every item I ordered. Still they say, you weren't charged for this since it wasn't sent. However, since I paid with flooz, I was charged! No mention of that in any of the emails I received. I replied to their emails to ask when I would be credited for the flooz. I hope I get a response, but I sort of doubt it.

I got a bunch of emails this morning from MotherNature.....each one listed a SINGLE item that was cancelled......after reading all the emails -- my entire order was cancelled..... I emailed Flooz asking what I should do and they said they would investigate my claims....... I read the terms of agreement from Flooz and it says that the merchant is responsible for items purchased, thatFlooz has no responsibility..... So, now I await hearing back from Flooz.... |

I just got a reply back from Flooz saying that Mothernature credited back my Flooz for the ENTIRE amount..... Yeah! I wish I had gotten the products, but at least I got my flooz back. I hope others get their flooz back too. |
