Thumbs down Customer service

Can someone tell me the correct information on how to contact Corp. Headquarters to make a complaint on an order that was declined, but put through 3 times on my credit card. Customer servie and the managers at the call center were not helpful at all. Please....someone tell me!!!

Please also contact the credit card that was declined, the mess-up could have been on their end, as I've seen it many times when I was in Management. Good luck!

Katlnhats...thanks for the advice, but it was Khols Dept. store that was at fault. I am in the process of writing a letter to the Corp. Headquarters.
I spent 3 days in a row for hours on end with my bank and Khols- Khols customer service was terrible. They passed me on to several different people because they did not want to handle it. If they hate customer service so much, they are in the wrong line of work. I tell you, I used to work in customer service/Special Service and Contractor Sales at Home Depot- I would love to see how they would handle all the **** I had to deal with (with a fake *** smile 100% of the time, but I loved what I did for work) while I was belittled,berated,spit on,pushed- you name it I dealt with it. I had to face them face to face every day, and on phone. Khols customer service call center deals with only phone contacts- i could only IMAGINE what they would do if they were in my shoes. Lets face it, they are customers also when they shop- they should be treating people the way they want to be treated in a problem area. Anyway, after writing my little book on here, my hand are starting to cramp LOL. Thank you everyone- your help is greatly appreciated.

Hi,
WOW, that's really awful. You're right, they are in the same place as any of us when they shop and with that kind of customer service, they probably don't shop where they work!
We, where I managed a store for over 15 years, never treated people badly, your customers "are" your business - what's Kohls problem? With the sale of Filenes, they're pretty much the only one left around here in the company that owns them (The May Company), so you'd think they'd be bending over backwards to make sure their customers are satisfied!
Good luck and let us know how you make out with the letter - I hope they have to apologize (on bended knees! lol) and you get a huge gift certificate!

Most customer service poistions in the USA are only paying between $9-12 an hour. They really don't give a crap about their job, which is the reason they are always so rude.

My advice would be to always keep track of the name of the person(s) you spoke with and ask to speak with a manager if they give you too much of a problem.

Also I just want to add that I've always had problem with customer service and just to be safe, I found out about this new service that allows you to record and notaries the calls you make to customer service agencies... the service is free to use.
