I ordered from them on Dec. 14th, and they guaranteed Christmas delivery. I recieved my first package(1 of 2) on Dec.22nd. I ordered numerous toys, and my package arrived missing a deluxe Magna-Doodle which my packing slip indicated was in the box. I called customer service and they said "Sorry" we'll credit your card. How convenient for me. Then I went shopping at B&M stores for this toy and I couldnt find one anywhere. My daughter will be disappointed in the morning. Secondly, my package number two never even made it here. So much for guaranteed Christmas delivery. I cant wait to call them to see what they are going to do about it. Probably offer me free shipping on my next $100 purchase for the inconvenience of not having my presents here on christmas morning for my kids!

I am so sorry about the last minute let down! My kids and I were talking tonight about all those "have to be under the tree" gifts over the years. They don't even remember wanting some of them. Maybe your kids won't be as disappointed as you think. I am sure you have other wonderful things for them. Enjoy hugging them Christmas day! I just emailed my son. This will be the 8th Christmas w/out him. I would love to give him a hug right now! |

I recieved the package today. My son and his cousins that were over really had a good time with the toys when they came. I am still mad at Target though. I called them and all they said was "Sorry, you can refuse the package if you want to."
