I ordered some clearance pillowcases through Amazon.com from the seller Linenspa.com. I noticed on the items that I was ordering that the pages stated shipping would be $6.99 for the entire order. Since it was the same for both of the sets that I ordered, I was concerned when I saw $9.99 in the shipping section when I went to check out. I emailed the linenspa.com customer service before I placed the order and Sam in their customer service department let me know that he didn't understand why the checkout was doing that but I could take his reply that they would make sure to give me the correct shipping.
If anybody has been in this situation before, you'll understand that I figured I would have to email them several times to get my $3 refund...if I would ever get it at all. I know $3 isn't a big deal...and that these pillowcases were DEEPLY discounted from the high-end prices for the linens on their website, but I figured if a company advertises something they should follow through.
Well, I was completely surprised when I opened my email this morning and found that they had already credited my account back for $3...without any prompting from me. WOW! These are the companies we need to be supporting. It felt like I was really talking to a person there who cared about my business!
They have really good deals on Amazon. I will post here as soon as I receive the products to talk about the quality.
