Sephora- Compliment

So I ordered about $80 worth of stuff from Sephora.com a couple weeks back. Well when I received my order, 1 of the items leaked allllll over everything. I was really bummed. Well I called Sephora customer service and the person I spoke with was very apologetic and nice. She had my whole order resent! I thought that was really nice of them. I just expected them to give me a coupon good towards my next purchase or something.

Just wanted to share. Good customer service does exist!

I have dealt with them a couple of times and had no problems. It's nice to know they've got your back. I like that kind of company.

I especially like the bonus sample packages they'll send if you've got a special promotion code ... like a makeup bag with 10 good sized samples. It makes me feel kind of special.
