FreeRide - Received GC Today

Hello, All! I received a $10.00 Gift Card today in the mail from FreeRide. I was anxious to get it, since Christmas is right around the corner. They apologized for the delays that many people have been experiencing in receiving their awards, in a note that came with the GC. I think they are now trying hard to make members happy. I'm going to use the GC to go towards a Nintendo Wii game for my son, which will help out on the cost. Those games sure are expensive, so every little bit helps!

How long did it take you to get it? I submitted for a $10 Red Lobster card over a month ago and I am still waiting.

I've totally given up on using Freeride, until I see if my gift certificate will actually come or not.

I ordered it on September 18th, so it did take quite awhile. I was getting anxious, especially since I wanted it for Christmas, so that is why I was pleased that FreeRide at least apologized for the delay. I also won 25,000 points through the IFILM website, that FreeRide offers. With these points, I ordered a Gift Certificate for Overstocks.com on October 20th, so it will be interesting to see how long it takes to get it. It's for $25.00, so I hope that I get it soon. If FreeRide speeds up their fulfillment time, I think it's a good site.

I ordered a gift card on 11/6/06...still have not received it. I emailed them before Christmas and they told me I'd get it within 7-10 business days. Well 10 business days is up and no gift card! I've totally stopped using their website, due to issues like this. They are reallllly slow to respond to any emails. They still owe me over 5,000 points they never credited me! Don't waste your time with Freeride.

i have experienced the same problems!! i have sent e-mail after e-mail yet to no avail. i agree dont waste your time with freeride.. seems like they take u for the ride..lol
