If you have ordered from WebRX or HealthCentralRx.com or Vitamins.com or any of the other companies that now falls under WebRX, check your credit card statements!

Not only did it take over a month to get my order shipped, but now they have billed me twice for the order. The charge to the credit card came just yesterday, whereas the order was place in late October and shipped in late November.

So now they are trying to slip in double charges about a month after the fact, perhaps hoping that people will not notice.

Again, I was charged two times in a row about a month after my order was finally shipped. Everyone should check their CC bills now!

Phew, with this Moscow, Russia thing and now WebRX I am wondering if I should switch to the American Express Private Payments system.

Webrx triple billed me for 1 order. They sent me an email acknowledging it and are alledgedly correcting it.

i got triple-billed too, AND i decided to audit my purchases (check their site to my cc statements online) and i found 3 charges that don't match up, all under $10. i notice they removed two of the triple-bills already (squeaky wheels get the grease but have yet to respond to my email requesting investigation of my account. i have ordered hundreds of dollars in merchandise over the past 6 or so months, so lets see what they say. these online companies have got to get their act together already!

I also received the e-mail from WebRX about triple billing and was totally confused. They thanked me for my recent order. Huh? I had forgotten that Healthcentral was now WebRX and thought thay had somehow charged me as a result of a visit to their website last week! The "recent" order was with Healthcentral in September that took them over a month to ship...the last order I will EVER place with whatever they call themselves.

Baffled Double billed

I was double billed and sent an e-mail saying they were sorry that they had billed me twice and put the money back onto my credit card, I hadn't checked my statement yet so at least they are being honest and mistakes do happen.
My order did take a long time to get to me, diapers LOL wrong size by the time they got here ;-) but they did merge recently though didn't they? Anyhow I will wait till they get their act together before I give them another chance, but will try again

This is no offense to anyone, please do not take it that way. I am just curious why the credit card fraud thread was moved out of this forum to an obscure forum where no one will see it and this thread remains here. Like I said, no offense meant. I am truly curious as to the reasoning because the credit card fraud thread would seem at least as important as this thread (in my opinion it's even more important). Thanks in advance for helping me understand

Thumbs down WEBRX and lousy Customer Service

I recently tried to take advantage of their 30% off, and ordered almost $500 worth of stuff (we have a small convenience store that we just recently opened)... they only gave me "back" $70. After THREE phone calls, finally someone said that their software is set to not refund more than $70 per order... it does NOT say that ANYwhere on the coupon, site, etc. So, they did cancel that order, and I had to go in and break it up (just a big waste of time, etc....!!!).

Unfortunately the prices were too good to just walk away, but I was not impressed, and I'm not surprised if they are double billing, etc.!

Well, I just looked at my bank statement and I was indeed charged three times. The charges for $1.79 each happened on December 22nd, more than three months after my last order. And they only managed to credit me with $3.58 on December 26th. I went to their site and wrote a nasty letter to CS letting them know that I considered this theft from my account and that I would filing an unauthorized debit complaint with my bank. Sure, it isn't a lot of money, but there is no possible excuse for this!!!

After six, yes,6 weeks. order was placed 7/7/08. today is 8/15/08, and I have not yet received an order from Bestgenericdrugs.net/webrx. I do a lot on eBay and have gotten items from all around the globe since I placed the order with Bestgenericdrugs.net. They have what seems to be the poorest shipping record of anyone I have ever dealt with. They offered free shipping so I bit. Free shipping is easy to offer if you don't ship product! I'd AVOID them like the plague!
Oh yeah,they BILLED me right away!

Bestgenericdrugs.net has nothing to do with WebRX, their cc descripter is payep.eu/getwebrx, its a whole different company I know cos i'm ordering on a monthly basis with them, deliverytime has been always under 20 days, just like they are stating. Ofcourse mail always can be delayed or lost, its how the company resolves these cases whats important. Most companies will offer a refund or reshipment
