Thumbs down FREERIDE DISAPPOINTING!

Hi all. This is my first post since 2002

Anyway, has everyone else been having trouble with Freeride also? They keep jipping my points! I'll make a purchase, and should get rewarded, say 2500 points, and they give me like 1450. That's if I get the points at all! I'm really fed up, and their customer service stinks. They owe me well over 5000 points to date and refuse to respond to any of my emails.

Saying that, I'm urging everyone who has recently had troubles with Freeride to file a complaint with the BBB at [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or Register Now]. They can't get away with this! It's false advertisement. I'm also thinking of emailing all of their big advertisers and letting them know of Freeride's shady dealings, and am going to ask them to pull out of their site.

Also, today I found their mailing address, and will be trying to send them a letter the old fashioned way. It is:

I haven't been getting points for clicking on the mails anymore. I have 8500 and am hoping to get enough to cash out before they take them all away then I am done with them.

Update, I finally received a response to one email. This is what it said...

Hello,

I have forwarded your complaint to our affiliate for them to look into
you purchases. It might take a couple of days for them to get back to
me, but as soon as I hear from them I will give you an update.

I liked the FreeRide from about 6 years ago. I was getting $10 Amazon GC every other day, sometimes more often. Then they closed down to "re-organize", and life wasn't as good when they re-opened.
