Here it is a couple days b4 Christmas..I am so upset with this company...I ordered a set of Flannel Queen sheets on November 30th in time for a Christmas party on Sunday night for my daughter..I thought I had given them plenty of time, but according to their customer service guess not, their excuse was the weather and the Holiday..she didn't even offer me any options for my problems except call her back on Friday and pray that they come? EXCUSE ME!!!!! I will never buy from them again..thanks for letting me vent..Anyone else have an dealings with them? If so how did u deal with it and what was the outcome..I'm open to any and all suggestions..
