I just shopped with them for the first time, and actually, I recommended them to you all at first. I had placed an order on November 30th. On November 31st, I received a call saying they were out of some of the items I had ordered. As a courtesy, they were going to allow me to exchange these items with non-sale items. I was very pleased. The supervisor that I spoke with said I should receive the items within 7-10 days. I checked back 12 days later, and my items had not even been shipped! No order had been placed, and some of the items that had been available when I spoke to the supervisor were now gone! They sent my two items separately. I haven't received them yet, and they didn't upgrade the shipping, although I told them these are Christmas presents! Not only that, but when I asked to have them credit my flooz back to my account for the difference of the original order and the actual order sent, they lady told me quite surely that the money was not ever taken out of my account until it shipped. I told her that I still didn't have that money, and she said it would be wise to speak with flooz directly about it. I spoke to flooz, and they said that they do not charge a regular credit card until items are shipped, but with flooz, it is different. I have had to call this company 5 times, and I have spoken with their customer service online several tiems, as well. It has been the worst shopping experience online in my life!!!! I was even told at the beginning that there was no way I could have actually ordered the candles I ordered because they hadn't been available for over a week, and I had never visited their site before. They all acted as though I were doing them a favor, rather than the fact that they were giving me a chance to take a dip into their world before taking a plunge and spending a fortune on their website. I am very upset with them, and I urge you all to think twice before shopping with them.

Register Now] for over a month, speaking to several different individuals who'd one day tell me my item had shipped, the next say something was missing from my order, and still the next tell me I had ordered something I hadn't. I spoke to the supervisor, but all she could give me was a bunch of lies, I guess this was to hold me over another day without bothering them. Finally, I went to PlanetFeedback, filed a VERY nasty complaint, and within a week...I not only received my order, but a duplicate order, and an email from the same lady I had been dealing with telling me both packages were on them, I was not responsible for any charges. Just a suggestion, maybe they can help you out like they helped me.

Thanks for your input, PiercedGecko. I actually have sent two letters to them from PlanetFeedback.com. The first was when I thought the situation had been handled (should have waited until the order shipped). I got the same response back each time. It was like a form letter. It was horrible, though, because both times, I was kind of accused by the customer service reps. I won't order from them, but maybe it is just their sale items. Perhaps you will be fine ordering from them. I just know that this has been the worst shopping experience that I have had online, unfortunately, and I think people should approach them with caution.
