Has anyone received a refund from Families online for the playstation 2 order which was cancelled? I am concerned because I have not received one yet. Can anyone help?

You should most definitely have received the credit to your card by now - when the company announced the refund, they said it would be completed within 3 days, which has definitely passed. I would call them and find out what's going on.
