Has anyone else had or is having problems with delivery and e-mails from these people?.. It took me 4 to 5 weeks to receive my order after petsuppliesnet.com promised shipping in 24 hrs.and we would receive order in 4 to 5 days.

They are located in Australia. The shipping time listed is for in their country. That is why it takes so long.

Hmm, not a good reason, IMO. But, there is a thread that says Tis The Season and at least one of the people in there got a product made by a different manufacturer, which of course, is why it was so expensive. Let me see if I can find that one for you.

Good, then it might be just a dumb mistake on their part, everyone makes them. At least you're getting your products, whitney; it's hard as pet supplys are SO expensive and we all want to take care of our furry-family the best we can!

Interesting to see how people are never having problems with this site and then again people having absolute problems. I'm leaning towards it just being a coincidence. Hopefully the problems will be fixed.

I rceived my order thirty three days after I placed the order. Multiple e-mails same incompetent person would not let me cancel order or credit my card.. I told them to cancel and send me a return shipment via usps. I never received an answer after that. I don't care what country these people are in. A shipping date and time was in black and white when they took my (AMERICAN) expess card info and made the contract. American express went to bat for me and I received a credit. I explained to american express that I had received the order. They told me to hold on to it. Not to ship it back because it was drugs and it was illegal for me to ship. Please ask your Vets what they think of these people? I'm glad nobody else got burnt by these people. I don't enjoy doing this kind of negative stuff.

I have ordered from them twice, the last time about a month ago and have had no problems with them. I recieved both my orders about a week after I ordered them. I will order from them again.

I ordered Advantage on May 26, I am still waiting - I have contacted them by e-mail, with the initial response of " problems with US Customs" and that not received in 35 shipping days they would resend or refund, guess what, now they wont even respond to e-mail- BEWARE!

I hav ordered many times from petsuppliesnet.com! I live in South FL and after having my credit card scammed by another site (supersavermeds.com, is a SCAM!! DO NOT BUY!!) I was apprehensive about ordering outside of my country again. But I checked a pedigree site (I forget the exact spelling) and someone had endorsed petsuppliesnet.com, so I tried them. They had the best prices at the time, and though their prices hav gone up a little, I still think it's majorly worth it for the peace of mind of not worrying about my information, etc. Plus, I can order Drontal Plus without a Rx and don't hav to kow-tow to my vet who want's that $55 office visit.

Being in (New Zealand? Australia?) it means it takes a little longer, but I make sure I always hav some of these items on hand, and when I get low, I order more. Just FYI, as I know what it's like to worry about a site~ But I would DEFINITELY endorse petsuppliesnet.com! They rock! (Just remember if you are ordering out of the country, it takes Time for the iterms to get to you..but I'v never had a package lost or not arrive, ever.

Also, Be Realistic. If you didn't know you were ordering from out of the country, you should always research a site more, BEFORE you order, instead of complaining after the fact. Things like that give the legitimate websites a bad name when they don't deserve it, and it makes it harder for them to offer the low prices I can get my dogs meds for..so READ! And always RESEARCH a site before you hand over any credit card info! (Hey, I'm guilty of it too, see above where I got scammed by another site called supersavermeds.com) but Always Always know where you're doing business..it's just the places that can be ordered from without a Rx means it will probably take a little longer to get here, that's all. I try and compensate for that by not waiting til the last minute and keeping some on hand..when I start to get low, I order.

But yes I hav gotten from petsuppliesnet.com many Many times! GREAT COMPANY!

I have used this company for over four years. Never a problem. Yes, it can take a week or so to get product, as it must go through US customs, but I expect that and order accordingly. I highly recommend them. They respond quickly to my emails, never bother me with junk mailings or useless "sales". Great company to do business with.

I've been using petsuppliesnet.com for years. Delivery takes a little longer due to the distance involved but have never had a problem. The only thing even close to a problem came one time when they shipped the wrong product about three years ago. My email was promptly answered and the correct replacement product was sent immediately. I highly recommend them.
