Remember the Lego $2 buckets E-toys was selling around Thanksgiving. Well I ordered 20 buckets. (They were used for children in a domestic violence safe home.) Well, they were shipped 11/30. 8 of the buckets arrived immediately and by December 11th I still had not received the other 12. They had been shipped, but were sitting in a post office somewhere in VA. I e-mailed e-toys and they got back to me within 24 hours, said they had contacted the post office, apologized profusely and then refunded the $20 shipping/handling. They even called the next day to see if they had arrived. Now that is great customer service.

I ordered a bunch of Rugrats dolls for my daughter in the beginning of January when their sale started. I placed another order for the same dolls on 1/15 for a friend. Then another friend wanted them, so when I went back to order on 1/16, the prices were slashed even more. I called the 800 # and the company gave me a gift certificate credit for the 1 day price difference. What a FANTASTIC company! Great merchandise, great shoppping experience! The only place I'll shop for toys from now on! |

They really have it going for them when they ship everything in plain boxes so your kids can't see what they're getting! We had a couple of unfortunate incidents with other companies who aren't concerned about this.

When they had the big sale I ordered two separate shipments. The first came last week and hopefully the next this week. It's all xmas and bday presents for my kids, it feels nice to have this done so soon! I also love the blank boxes, great idea, I just wish the shipping wasn't so expensive, afterall it's just tossed into one big box!

Etoys made a mistake on my order sending only 3 of 6 items. They then over corrected it sending me doubles. After notifying them of the mistake, they emailed me with instructions for returning the extras. I offered to pay for those items at the original sale prices because I felt that would benefit us both. They called today and said I should keep or donate the items. No charge. This isn't the first time a company has impressed me with their cs and generosity as they are going out of business. In that spirit, my DH and I agree that donating to a shelter would be appropriate. One of the items was the convertible ball hut by Playhut. That should go over nicely. |
