I placed a complaint against Red Lobster and PlanetFeedback.com, and can you believe that they had responded to me the very next day? I was so shocked! Not only did they make up for our horrible food/wait time/no service for 30 minutes when we were finally seated (no drinks, no server, nothing!) but they did it very speedily! I am very happy with both of them. Red Lobster is definitely a customer-oriented restaurateur. I only wish other restaurants and companies would follow suit!!!

I had a similar problem at Red Lobster but I went directly to their website and placed a complaint. They sent a email response and mailed me discount certificates. The speed of the response was great.
