We ordered the playstation2 from fol.net and we recieved both the order confirmation and the cancellation notice, BUT NOT THE REFUND. I've called the toll free number which gives me a playstation 2 hotline number....which is disconnected. I've sent a few emails.

Has any one else had to deal with this? If so, have they had any success?

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

same situation

I am having the same problem! I was suppose to receive my my refund already. I was sent an email on 12/6 saying I will receive a refund within 3 business days. I never got it...so I called FOL and they said they credited my credit card on 12/12 and I still do not see a refund! I have been checking my account everyday since 12/6. I put in a dispute with my credit card company. They will not charge me interest on this nor bill me until this dispute is resolved.
I know I can't help much...
but believe me I know how you feel.

I still haven't recieved the refund. Unfortunately we used our debit card. But they called and said that the refund was posted to our account, they said that it may take up to 30 days for the bank to post it our account because its a debit card. Its never taken that long before! I'm going to start calling again. But we did get lucky and got ourselves a PS2 at target over christmas by chance!

2 days ago i called fol and spoke with a lady that told me about 2/3 of the customers have already received their refunds ( idon't know how true this is!)
i guess from what i understand fol deals with some kind of merchandise services. this company supposedly had all of the 9000 customers money in an account making it over 2 million dollars. from what she said there was too much refunding going on so they had to freeze that bank account.

basically they are making intrest off of our money that sits there. she adviced me to make a claim with my credit card co which was basically the only way to get my money from that company. i have already put in a dispute about a week ago.
those as"**HO:*" have MY MONEY MAKING INTREST OFF OF IT! this is not a game to me ....this is my money they are playing with!

At least you got a playstation
