I placed 2 orders with Family Wonder.com on 12-3 and have been trying to track my order on their site for several days now....no word until this a.m. and 1 of my orders has been completely cancelled, and part of another! I know that companies are going to run out of items, but is it too much to ask for an e-mail telling me I won't be receiving my order? I've been waiting on these for presents, and sure would have liked the chance to order again online from someone! I feel it is only good business to let someone know when they aren't going to be shipping an order! I'm not too happy with them right now. |
