warning about inboxdollars

this club is a ripoff. you fillout and signup for offers and get to $100 and they terminate your account. If you use another computer like a library or anyone else that signed up for inboxdollars.. this means for one offer. so if someone just signs up at your house it is over. what a ripoff. spread the word.. post it around to keep people off that site..

I got paid $33 by them but it took about 2 months to finally get to me... I guess some of us are a little luckier than others haha.

Re: warning about inboxdollars

I guess so. anyway warn others to be careful.. do not do cashstar either. they are a dead site or just don't give you credit. except $5 when you join.
But, you need $20 to redeem.

Re: warning about inboxdollars

what did u ppl think u were going to get rich with inbox ? come on grow up its just to get a few buck in your pocket every couple months.ive been a member for almost 7 yrs now and in all that time ive earned almost $1500

You separate that envelope from the pile, and toss it straight into the trash.

Re: warning about inboxdollars

actually, you read the emails in your in-box and click on the link in them. You get money per click & cash out at $30 - it isn't like a second income or anything, but it's easy enough considering I'm checking my email anyway.

Thanks for the info. Seems easy enough. And I always read my e mail either way. So next time I will just click. Thanks.

Re: warning about inboxdollars

i usually stay away rom sites with cashout higher then about $20 we wont get rich but we can get a little extra 4 gas movies etc. i am sorry about your problem with inbox have you tried to contact them to see maybe they will unlock your account. i have had a similar situation happen to me my advise is just dont log in anywhere but home and dont let a member sign up at the house. i hope you get everything worked out

Re: warning about inboxdollars

I have been a member for a little while, and I haven't encountered any problems yet. I like making a little extra cash for the movies or a pizza. I never thought about getting rich that way. I also do surveys and make a little cash there as well. I used the cash I make from surveys when I go on vacation. I buy myself a little something.

I NEVER thought I would get 'rich' with any site like this, however I did expect them to honor their offers and promises! I did expect to be able to earn a few bucks here and there, and NOT have to fight them for it, and NOT have to pay a FEE to COLLECT my earnings!

I have been with inbox for just under a year, but I am only earning points with them by taking surveys mostly, and the paid emails of course! I think I did one or two shopping earnings through them, but usually I find a better deal somewhere else, either more cash, or more points that equal more cash! With Inbox, I am just over $52 right now (lol, about a dollar a week), and as soon as I get to $53, (the $3 to pay their ridiculous FEE) I am cashing out my $50, and as soon as I GET the money, I will cancel my account! And until I GET the money, I will ONLY click on their 'paid emails', and NOT do anything else on their site!! Just enough to keep my account active until I get my money, as they require!
First I think it is ridiculous to charge a $3 fee for me to get the money I EARNED!! Since they are supposed to get paid by the MERCHANTS, I should NOT have to LOSE out on my SMALL earnings to them!
But more importantly, I am tired of having to write back and forth to customer service to GET the money I EARNED! Sometimes they give in and credit me and sometimes they STILL won't give it to me!! There have been MANY surveys that I COMPLETED, they tell me 'thanks for completing...blah, blah', then it automatically directs me back to Inbox, where the screen tells me 'Sorry, you didn't qualify, blah, blah' even though I just spent 30 minutes completing the survey, and the survey merchant TOLD ME I completed it!
Now sometimes, Inbox HAS credited me, however it took WAY too much writing back and forth, when in the first message I gave them ALL the info they needed about the survey, they still reply and argue back and forth, and THEN say they need the details of the survey when those details were IN THE FIRST message! I am just tired of having so many issues, and arguing with their supposed customer service!!
So, I am NOT saying Inbox is a scam or anything like that, although until I actually get the money IN HAND, who knows!! I AM saying they have ISSUES, and it is like pulling teeth to get them resolved and get the money EARNED! So if you don't mind fighting for your earnings, then by all means, have fun!! Maybe you'll get lucky and never have an issue, like me on OTHER sites! Personally, I would rather spend that time answering surveys for a different site that I HAVE a good history with, than arguing with Inbox! If I didn't have to FIGHT so much to get the money I SHOULD have already, then I probably would stay, but it is just too much hassle!! Good luck to anyone who is with them, or gives them a chance!

Thumbs down Re: warning about inboxdollars

I'd have to agree with you about Inbox Dollars the way they pay is Too Slow, I've tried a lot of these sites and the best one yet that I've found is IWantaDollar.com, they pay per offer by paypal so it's quick and easy!

I've made over 60 dollars in a week with this site, I think they are newer but they pay for sure. I just use the money in my paypal to buy stuff online that I really want so its better to me to get paid like that than saving for "Rewards".

This isn't to mention that IWantaDollar.com has some of the same offers as Inbox but pays 50-100% more per offer and forget about Inbox's new surveys and games to earn, not Worth it at all.

Hi KittenNoir,

Smart move, you should always look into any program you want to join first. After I research Inboxdollars I've put my total trust in them and have been actively making money and promoting Inboxdollars ever since (looking to build my downline). I should be seeing a check for almost $80.00 any week now. Yes!

If you like? You can see my progress with Inboxdollars in this DOD thread

I have every confidence they will, and will post an update with whatever happens.
