ARE ANY OF YOU GETTING YOUR REWARDS??? I AM STILL WAITING!!! I WONDER IF THE BBB WOULD HELP???

I finally got the second reward I requested, a Borders gift card. But it took dozens of e-mails to their verkoct customer service system and about five months. I really wanted 3 $10 checks that were available at the Milesource Mall, and the transaction went through. But after nine months, and no checks, they returned all my points to my account and told me that gift was no longer available (of course, they neglected to remove it from the Milesource Mall.)

My advice is to make a pest of yourself. They do respond to e-mails. And be sure to give them a piece of your mind.

Hi,

You can try the online BBB, they helped me and not only got me a refund, (in two days, after I'd tried for months), but the refund was the entire price of an order I'd never gotten but had been charged to my account PLUS 10%. I'd use them again in a minute.
