Just wanted to let you know if you are not satisfied with an e-commerce merchant or they are not fulfilling their obligations on delivery, pricing etc. you can also file a complaint with the FTC online. They will keep track of all complaints from a merchant and I'm guessing possibly investigate if they get enough complaints and they deem it necessary.
I just had a problem with a very well known merchant cleared up just by quoting FTC rules and regulations in a complaint letter. It was addressed in about 8 hours, the complete and correct order was sent, even those items "out of stock".
Just go to ftc.gov. They have a lot of useful info there. |
