I hope this is the place to put this. Wellhere goes. Has anyone had trouble with Greenfield online? I did almost a 2 hour interactive survey back in March and was supposed to recieve 25.00 for this. Since then, after i waited for over a month ( i know it takes time), I've e-mailed them about 4 or 5 times and with no response except for more survey invites. I mean this survey was for a well known company!! Whats up with this? Is anyone else having problems with this company?

GF is a four-letter word in a number of forums (several of which have been threatened with legal action if posters even SPEAK OF THEM ).

You can try this # and see if you get anywhere (you'll need the original study # though): 1-888-291-9997

It can take several months for them to process and send your money. I have always gotten mine from them, but only after a really long wait.

I've also had trouble with Greenfield Online. I did a $10 phone survey for them last summer and never got paid for it. I also did a $2 survey back in October for which I never received payment. I have sent several emails to them with no response. I still receive survey invites from them but I refuse to do them!

I did a really long interactive survey in February. The $30 has still not been posted to my account. I've emailed and keep getting the run around. I've read on other boards many people have not been getting paid.

I have not been paid by them too. It was a couple years ago, but I will not deal with them again.

Wow, sorry to hear that they owe so many people money, like all of you who did those surveys in good faith, taking your own time to do them... seems like this may not be the "best survey" place to join but try calling the number that was posted above - if all else fails, how about the online better business bureau?

I too have not had any problems with them. They do take a while to pay, but it comes. I still do surveys for them, just not as often.

don't feel bad about greenfield online, they did the same thing to me and my son. they owe my son ninety dollars and me sixty dollars. they said I canceled before my son and I where to get the money but that was a lie. after they told me and my son that we where not getting the money because we did not remember the numbers of the survey. who keeps track of surveys when you do surveys for other companies. so that was a lie from greenfield. also don't bother complaining to survey police because they work for the survey companies. we canceled greenfield after we where told we would not get any money. also don't do surveys for binge.com. I did a survey for them and they said I never did and I finished the survey and I was suppose to get twenty dollars from them. complained to survey police and never got an answer from them either. I am telling anyone and everyone about greenfield and binge not to do it. please tell your friends also. they cheat people. also I have read about greenfield not paying many people.

Having participated in GF Online surveys, I have discovered that they take forever to make good on promises. I have also found that when I participate in a survey, I am immediately bombarded with spam related to the subject of the survey just taken.

Greenfield is only interested in your opinion in the interest of providing their "partners" with marketing information that will fill your mailbox (both real world and email) with garbage and spam. When I attempted to cancel my account, I ultimately had to threaten them with legal action to disengage.

Sweet Potato ... beware the survey sites ... they are not good for any legitimate income ... only spam generators. Good luck to you!

My only problem with Greenfield Online is how long it takes to receive payments once a check is requested. Just last week I received a check I requested at the begning on January. As far as I'm concerned, that ridicules. I'm a member of several other survey sites and most I receive payments from them within a month, most of the time much less. So if you want to improve your program and site, I'd recommend to start cutting checks a whole lot sooner.

I thank you for taking the time to post on the site though. It shows you are willing to make better.

three years ago, my mom and I where doing surveys for greenfield. we never got paid unless it was one dollar. we do many surveys for other companies. greenfield owned me ninety dollars and my mom, sixty dollars. never got paid. we even wrote survey police and they lied to greenfield that before we got paid, we had canceled our account, a lie. I tell anyone and everyone not to join greenfield because they cheat people.
