Register Now] in late february. The leather strap - that is attached to the pocket book- that holds the clasps attaching the shoulder strap began to rip a few weeks ago. I have attempted to contact this company via email--several times by phone. They will not return my emails and will not return my phone messages..... buyer beware DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE... customer service is OK within the first week but after that----you're on your own-----even if it's defective merchandise.

Latest response from business...denying that I attempted to contact them. now openly admitting that they NOW WILL NO LONGER DEAL WITH ME...after they sold me an item and being defective...after I complain cause they won't answer...i guess that's a perfect excuse to the lack of customer service!!! Every day last week I called and left messages. Every email I sent, I BCC a copy to myself. Yet still no reponse. And yes it is bad business when a business doesn't respond to the customer, even if it is with regrets. It is not bad business however to inform other consumers of bad customer service. I must apologize again, but customer service is absolutely necessary when operating a business and clearly this was absent in my case. Michelle |

I have also received NO customer service from this company after them taking the 223.00 that i paid for 2 purses and a wallet, they never sent me one of my purses, and the other purse they sent me wasn't even what i ordered... I have sent them numerous of e-mails, but still NO response, I DO NOT see a telephone number to contact them. I am taking this to HIGHER authorities if they DO NOT contact me within 24 hours. I am very PISSED OFF with this company & they have committed FRAUD, not giving me my products that I have PAID FOR.
