
6 weeks ago I ordered a foam mattress cover from them. It arrived a few days later. Upon opening the box, we found it was severely damaged. Called and wrote the next day. We were told that
we would receive a paid return sticker to put on the box within 3
or four days. So far I have received 18 emails from them, including one from the CEO in charge of complaints, saying "it's in the mail, I will have it in three or four days." I am filing a formal complaint with the better business bureau of salt lake city of with overstock is a member. Although they have had complaints filed against them in the past, you can not review them, and they remain in good standing as all complaints are settled at this level- to the customers'
