KBToys - BAD service, don't buy!

WATCH OUT! This company says you can return anything ordered on the internet to a store, but it's NOT TRUE! I took a child's desk back to the local store (Santa Ana, CA) it its original box, unopened. They WOULDN'T TAKE IT BACK and, even worse, wouldn't acknowledge receiving it. Since it was too big for my car (a friend helped me to drop it off) ... I had to leave it there. After many emails and calls to customer service, I got no reply! KBToys is a BAD DEAL. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!
